Not sure what you worked from. Generally, overall I like it. You captured the lumps and bumps on his head and caruncle nicely. The area in front of the eye and over the snood is a bit too rounded IMHO. Compare [link]
The feathers have the nice sheen and variation of the real thing. The only thing is the background, rather boring. The gradation is good, but the changes in direction are distracting.
